Booking & Payment:
- Bookings require a non-refundable advance fee
- Full payment is required before final delivery
- Pricing may vary without notice unless locked via agreement
Cancellations:
- Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice
- Cancellations without proper notice may forfeit the booking fee
Image Rights:
- Clients receive personal-use rights (social media, printing)
- Copyright remains with Uniquely Yours Photography
- No third-party editing or commercial use without written permission
